Caban is an upscale development situated across from Kelowna’s Gyro Beach on the corner of Richter Street and Lakeshore Road. LNB‘s work for this development project was the placement and removal of the structural preload which included:

• Clearing & grubbing
• Traffic management
• Supply & installation of lock blocks around perimeter of property
• Supply & placement of structural fill
• Removing preload material to final grade once settling was complete
