Guerin Creek Estates is a 60 lot residential subdivision situated on 20 acres of land in the heart of Kamloops. This property represents an elevation difference of nearly 50 metres from top to bottom. This unique site provided challenging design and construction issues.

New signalized intersection on arterial roadway
Relocation of a 600 mm sanitary sewer main
Water, sewer and shallow utility installation
Curbing, paving and line painting
