Lytton, British Columbia

IR 18 is located adjacent to the town of Lytton. This project consisted of the complete installation of a new water and sewer infrastructure for the community. Care had to be exercised to ensure that the existing systems remained operational until all work was complete and before existing houses were connected to the new system. LNB Construction’s scope of responsibilities included:

• Installation of new water and sanitary sewer systems including connection to existing homes
• Traffic management
• Connection to existing Town of Lytton infrastructure
• Sanitary sewer mains and services
• Water mains and services
• Management of pedestrian traffic through work zone
• Supply and place all roadway base gravel materials
• Curbing, paving and line painting
