Monk Provincial Park, British Columbia

LNB Construction was successful in bidding a project to complete 5 kilometers of highway standard road for Nicola Lakeshore Estates, located directly north of Monck Provincial Park on the west shore of Nicola Lake.

Comprising approximately 477 acres, the development of Nicola Lakeshore Estates was completed in phases. Phase 1 involved the subdivision of 65 single family lots with 38 on the water and 27 view lots; the development of phase 2 included the subdivision of 98 additional lots.
